At Click & Grow EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor garden experience; that is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for health and safety reasons, plant pods cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the help portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Safely pack your items in their original Click & Grow packaging, ensuring all smart gardens, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your parcel to our European distribution center located in Estonia.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
